Relate Family Counselling offers a flexible approach to sorting out problems. Everyone has family arguments at some time. Usually these just blow over, but sometimes they just get worse. This is when a Relate Family Counsellor can help you work things out in a way that’s best for everyone.
How does it work?
Relate Family Counsellors don’t take sides and won’t tell you what to do. They will explore with you your relationships within the family and work with you to talk through and sort out the problems. When you contact us, we will ask you about your availability and then set up regular appointments. The counsellor might suggest that family members sometimes come alone or in smaller groups or bring other relatives to some sessions.
